Shipping & Checkout Policies

SHIPPING:  

Our tubers will be shipped starting in April 2026. We ship to warmer states first. Our farm is located in Wisconsin, therefore the timing of shipping is weather dependent. We don’t want your tubers freezing in the mail. However, if you are interested in having your tubers earlier, please email us directly at littlebuggardens@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate early shipping requests.  In addition, we are able to do UPS 2-Day Air shipping for an additional fee.

Regular shipping cost is $14 for all orders. Individual orders above $200 ship free!  If you place multiple orders totaling more than $200, please email us because you also qualify for free shipping, and we will manually refund your shipping charges.

 

COMBINING ORDERS:  

You can combine your orders and receive free shipping on subsequent orders by using the code GIMMEMORETUBERS (case-sensitive) at checkout. After you place your original order and pay the $14 flat shipping rate, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO USE THE CODE to receive free shipping on any subsequent orders you make.  

The most popular varieties may sell out quickly, so we suggest you add them to your cart and checkout quickly. Then go back and leisurely purchase more varieties knowing you won’t have to pay shipping again. Just don’t forget to use the code when checking out!

 

ITEMS IN CART:  

Items added to your cart are not yours until you successfully complete the checkout process. This means that putting an item in your cart does NOT reserve it for you. Unfortunately it is possible for an item to go out of stock even while you have it in your cart. We ourselves know how disappointing it is to not get the variety you wanted. We feel your pain!  Don’t forget, there’s always next year. Also be sure to check out dahliaaddict.com to see if other farms are selling the variety you want.

 

PAYMENT:  

We accept most major credit cards as well as ApplePay and Shop Pay. We do not accept PayPal. For a faster checkout process, we suggest having your credit card and shipping address information saved to your device or be logged into Shop Pay ahead of time.
