Now is the perfect time to plant iris roots so they can get established before cold weather sets in. You will get a freshly dug, healthy rhizomes, and I always throw in a couple extra smaller ones for free. The colors are mixed and could be any variety of the pictures shown here. I cannot guarantee any colors.
Bearded Iris make a wonderful addition to the perennial garden. These are assorted colors that really stand out. They have a beautiful scent. They bloom in May/June and then make interesting foliage for the remainder of the summer. Some may even re-bloom if you have a long growing season. They prefer full sun or part shade and grow in almost any soil.
